As part of the Time To Walk series produced by Apple Fitness +, the Duke of Cambridge was invited to take a stroll through the Sandringham Estate and share some memories along the way. Time To Walk hopes to get people to take a walk, as regular walking has been shown to help relieve symptoms associated with chronic mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
According to the podcast, Prince Charles himself was trying to force Harry and William out of the house for a walk.
William added, “We didn’t really have all of that.
“When you get older you appreciate it a lot more.”
Prince William has spoken of spending Christmas Day in Sandringham with his family every year in his episode.
He particularly remembered the walk from the royal estate to the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, where they attended a Christmas service.
The Duke said: “As you walk around here you have tall pines which are quite synonymous with this part of Norfolk.
“And I love the smell of pine in winter.
“It’s very calming.”
